【Required Documents to Register for the Motorcycle Driving License Test】
1. A photocopy of ID card or ARC, both front and back side.
2. A photocopy of the Driving License of Light-Duty of Motorcycle, both front and back side.
3. A copy of the official Physical Examination Report (Registration of Driving License).
4. Three 25 mm x 35 mm headshot photos (two for the Physical Exam¬¬¬ination Form and one for the motorcycle license).
5. The registration fee is NT$250.
【The required documents and precautions for the Motorcycle Driving License Test】
1. Original copy of ID card or ARC.
2. Original copy of the Driving License of Light-Duty of Motorcycle.
3. Time of Reception: From 9:00am to 9:30am.
(Late registration is not accepted. On-site registration is not accepted on the same day).
4. After the registration is completed, applicants are required to attend free locomotive safe driving lectures and then take both a written and driving test.
5. Those applying for the driving test, please bring your own motorcycles and helmets. Clogs are not allowed during the driving test.
6. The fee for the Driver's License is NT$200.
