The educational training program provides tourism-related professional knowledge and interpreting skills training for those who are fluent in Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Burmese, Cambodian, Lao, and Russian. It not only helps strengthen tour guides’ interpreting skills but also provides assistance for smoother services and increases employment opportunities for foreign language tour guides of local attractions.

Those who are fluent in Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Burmese, Cambodian, or other rare languages, as well as new immigrants in Taiwan, overseas Chinese and foreign students, and public citizens (except those who already have a tour guide license issued by the government) are eligible.
