To promote the new resident-related service information more effectively, Keelung City New Immigrants Family Service Center filmed a micro movie《Embracing the "New" Home》in 2022. The troupe of the service center, through their performance, interpreted life scenes and the feelings of new residents after they came to Taiwan. They also showed the conflicts and integration of cultural differences new residents have to face in their daily life and the process of studying and having children in Taiwan, to thoroughly record the journey that new residents experience. It is expected that, through the movie promotion, public awareness will be raised towards new residents while learning to respect, accept, and appreciate other cultures, as well as to strengthen the equality of various ethnic groups and treat each other in a friendly way.
