  • Tittle: Free Information for the New Immigrants' Digital Application and Empowerment Program

1.  In response to the government's digital care policy, the National Immigration Agency is planning to offer free information courses for new immigrants starting from July 2026. New immigrants and their children are cordially invited to participate in these courses to enhance their information technology skills.

2.   To enroll, please call the Free Computer Course Service Hotline for New Immigrants on 0800-005-788. Dedicated staff are in place to help with course inquiries and registration. Eligible new immigrants can also borrow tablets or laptops free of charge, and can make an appointment by calling the Free Laptop/Tablet Borrowing Service Hotline for New Immigrants on 0800-030-068 or by paying a visit to any of the 25 service stations of the National Immigration Agency. Tablets or laptops will be delivered to your home and you will receive unlimited 4G mobile internet each month. Priority will be given when borrowing equipment to people from low-income households, lower-middle-income households, and families with members with disabilities.
