  • Tittle: Skills Course – Introduction to and Simple Practice for a Chinese Culinary Technician Certification
  • UpdateDate: 2024.10.25

Ladies, the eagerly awaited culinary course is here! This course provides an overview of and simple practice for the Chinese Culinary Technician Certification. For those who want to delve into Taiwanese food culture, this course offers the chance to enhance your cooking skills, understand nutritional and hygiene concepts, and gain an edge in future entrepreneurship and job opportunities.

In the realm of basic necessities and activities—food, clothing, shelter, transportation, education, and entertainment—"food" comes first. Since ancient times, food has been of paramount importance. The aromas of different dishes can trigger the deepest memories, making food one of the quickest ways to immerse oneself in a culture. Though a blend of Hakka, Minnan, and indigenous cultures, Miaoli County is predominantly Hakka land, so this course primarily features traditional Hakka cuisine.

This event is open to 20 participants. The class will be held on August 18 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at 1F, No. 107, Zhongshan North Road, Miaoli City (near Beimiao Market).

We sincerely invite new residents who are interested in this course to register! Places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Mr. Weng on 037-276027 to register.
