I. To promote gender-friendly workplaces and raise awareness among businesses and the general public, the Executive Yuan launched a short film series titled “Look Up! Company Rescue Mission” between 2023 and 2024. This initiative is part of a broader effort to support the private sector in building workplace environments that uphold gender equality. The campaign covers key topics including, creating gender-friendly workplaces, promoting a work-life balance, recruiting and supporting diverse talent, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, establishing equitable organizational structures and policies, and amplifying positive social impact. Each video blends real-life workplace scenarios, problem analysis, and corporate strategies to guide organizations in translating gender-friendly concepts into practical actions. The videos feature Chinese audio, Chinese subtitles, and English subtitles, making them ideal for internal corporate training and public outreach.“Look Up!
