Upon arriving in Miaoli, new immigrants
face various difficulties in daily life, including in parenting. Integrating
into local life in Miaoli is already challenging, let alone finding time to
appreciate the local scenery. Culture requires immersion and time to be fully
experienced and understood, and adapting to local culture can make family bonds
even stronger.
To improve family interactions and help
new immigrants integrate into Taiwanese culture, this event aims to increase
opportunities for family interaction, relieve parenting stress, and build
interpersonal relationships. It also aims to deepen new residents'
understanding of Taiwan's landscape, customs, and travel culture to help
participants adapt to life here.
This
event is open to 80 participants and will be held on August 31 from 8:30 am to
4:30 pm at the Taiwan Hakka Museum (No. 6, Tongke South Road, Tongluo Township,
Miaoli County).
We sincerely invite
new residents who are interested in this course to register! Places are limited
and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Mr. Weng on
037-276027 to register.
