A professional instructor from Motor Vehicle Office is invited to this course to help new immigrants understand Taiwan’s traffic rules without any language barriers. With the purpose of training new immigrants to get the driver’s license for a motorcycle, this course helps new immigrants ride on motorcycles legally as a way to increase their mobility and strengthen their familial and social status.
